Ok, so they may not not take a particularly intellectual approach to current events but they outsell all the other newspapers by some margin (well the Sun does anyway), so they must be doing something right.

Er... he lives in the US, is a US citizen and the company is head-quartered in the US.
So that should make him immune to prosecution in the U.K.?
